Entry requirements: Comprehension of the Faroese language.

Objective: The first aid course offers a thorough introduction to most aspects of first aid. Participants learn about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), lifesaving first aid and first aid treatment of persons suffering illness or injury.

Also included is step-by-step first aid for cardiac arrest, first aid in connection with accidents in traffic, in the workplace and at home.

The course also covers treatment of sudden-onset diseases as well as minor illnesses and injuries.
